Sultanahmet Nu Hotel Istanbul

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, including Mr. Ali, Mr. Avaz, and Mr. Omar, were incredibly friendly and made me feel like part of their family. They were always available and helpful. The hotel's location was superb, just a short walk away from the main tourist area and close to all the major attractions. The room was spotlessly clean, and the hotel facilities were great. Additionally, the breakfast on the 7th-floor terrace was enjoyable, and it provided a nice communal space for guests to socialize. The hotel also had convenient transportation options nearby, including a tram stop just a 5-minute walk away.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk away from the main attractions and with easy access to public transportation. the staff members were very friendly and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. the rooms were clean and tidy, and the daily cleaning service was a bonus.

Finding the hotel initially was a bit challenging, but once you knew where it was, it was easy to find. the bathroom seat in our room was cracked, which made using the toilet uncomfortable.

Centrally located in the heart of the city, close to main attractions, metro, grocery, and restaurants. The room was clean and matched the photos. Provided towels, slippers, and extra toiletries. Amazing and accommodating staff. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to all the tourist attractions and the center of the city. We were able to easily explore all the main sites and there were plenty of good eateries nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was also well-maintained. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always available to assist us with any questions or requests we had. The breakfast provided was satisfactory, giving us a good start to our day. we enjoyed the view from the terrace and the convenience of having an elevator.

The soundproofing in the hotel was not the best, as we could hear conversations from neighboring rooms at night.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a few steps away from all the main attractions. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The newly renovated rooms are well-furnished and comfortable. The terrace with breakfast is breathtaking.
